is it noticeable and which is good for a forward
mid-flex is good 4 forwards, regular might be a little bit higher, as I recall you’re the one who asked about the rbk 4k .. for a beginning player mid-flex might be better ..
myself I use a stiff flex but weigh close to 170 + have been playing close to 20 yrs
